PENPALS

I could say I have many stories about my penpals to remember, very nice experiences happened during these years pasted... when I started penpalling I was 16 y.o. and just had entered in an english course, our teacher let us know to find new friends in some sites.

I can remember (and how foget?) my first penpal was a boy from India (Karnataka) named Fazal, we swapped some letters and a day he called me, it was my birthday, I couldn't believe, I was so nervous also why I imagine I wasn't prepare to talk in english yet LOL but it was very nice... well, unfortunately we lost touch (I'd love to meet him again on internet... maybe he could read this blog some day and remember).

After that, I never stopped to look for new friends... there are so many names and come in my mind now like Abdellah (Morocco), Eva (Austria), Michaela (Austria), Juan Jesus(Mexico), Stefania (Italy), John (USA), Lore (Belgium), Tina (Greece), Annick (Canada), Vaida (Lituania), Julius (Slovakia), Josef (Hungary), Erisa (Japan), Maria (greece)
I've learned so many things with them, about their idiom, culture, geography, families, curiosities ... there're so many we share in letters and emails... I could see the world with other eyes, with other different points of views !!!

MY COLECTION

I love to collect / swap:

post cards, stamps, notes, coins, magnets, keyrings,

souvenirs, little bags, purses, cards, t-shirts

and anything nice we can put in a letter or box

I prefer to send registered, it's more safer
